Summary/Abstract: Third millennium change reflects our economic development by analyzing its main macroeconomic aggregates such as GDP, aggregate demand, aggregate supply, etc. The technological boom has both a positive and a negative influence on the level of development of the agricultural sector in the world. It is obvious that for the developed countries this is an indispensable opportunity in the development of the agro-food complex, because it increases the competitive level of agricultural products and the quantity of their production, which can not be seen by the third world countries. Their financial incapacity also leads to a worsening of the situation of the production of agricultural resources and products.
