Summary/Abstract: The Treasury is both a practical and a theoretical concept that has gained a lot of ground in the financial activity of businesses. Financial performance of enterprises was measured by the size or profitability and profit. Today, in the context of phenomena of economic instability, the financial performance of enterprises can not be measured just on the basis of the accounting result.
