Summary/Abstract: The market economy necessarily presupposes the existence of a banking system to ensure mobilizing all available monetary funds of economy and their temporary orientation in efficient economic activities. Through the work done by banks, collection of funds while placing them into units who feel additional temporary needs, they fulfill an important role of banking intermediation. In this sense, credit becomes active tool in stimulating economic development, through by encouraging the action of certain phenomena, depending on the objectives to be achieved.
