Summary/Abstract: Establishing an AQL by the manufacturer can act against the "right from the beginning" at the level of its employees because an acceptable level of quality can create an environment conducive to the production and delivery of non-compliant products or services, thus suggesting that errors are acceptable at all levels of the organization's activities.
