ON THE ACQUISITION OF TRANSLATOR’S SKILLS AT UNIVERSITY

Summary/Abstract: The article attempts at pointing at the necessity of training professional translators and their significance in the communication between tribes and nations speaking different languages, the existence of states and empires as well as in establishing of nations. Attention is paid to the ‘laws’ of translation that provide its good quality.
