Summary/Abstract: At the enterprise level cash deficit is an essential element but also a restriction on the financial management of the company, in which strategy for achieving takes the form of work results and to respect the financial balance. In a restricted sense, net treasury is the difference between working capital and working capital need, respectively surplus or deficit treasury.
