Summary/Abstract: Existing financial theory and practice show that there are many more ways of funding than those presented in this paper. Many of these ways are very punctual, strictly related to a transaction or of an activity aspect of requesting company. Including Romanian banks have started introducing structured finance products, off company balance, or financing combined schemes, with mixes products, depending on the specific activities of financed companies.
