Summary/Abstract: To coordinate the investigation and prosecution of cross-border crimes in organized crime, Member States have decided to create a special team of experts called Eurojust, togheter with the European Judicial Network - activist group already as central coordinator that allows the rapid exchange of information between prosecutors and judges- will provide analysis and rapid resolution of cross-border crime, by addressing urgent requests for extradition and mutual assistance in criminal matters.
