Summary/Abstract: Simplicity solutions and refinement techniques and procedures used by judicial magistrates and legal consultants have demonstrated the superiority of legal thinking in relation to contemporary novels. A good example of this is the adoption of the law Aebutia through which they implemented a new process system. Even though the shares had become odious Roman law, the rule of law did not require the procedure form. Although the present many advantages, may be rejected by the Romans, who were a conservative people, who respect their traditions, including legal ones.
