Summary/Abstract: Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises and Cooperatives (MIMMC) he appeared in order to initiate policies and strategies for business development and Romanian entrepreneurship. After, MIMMC he transformed in ANIMMC which has continued, from another dimension concerns, much less, than those of MIMMC.
