Summary/Abstract: Self-esteem is a psychological component of self-image reflecting how we feel about ourselves. This subject is seen as a key indicator of psychological well- being. The benefit of regular exercices extend over time in: a healthy life, a body satisfaction, a good selfbody image.All of us have direct experience in sport phenomenon as competitors, trainers and researchers and this practical experience help us to formulate the conclusion that the effect of sport training is materialized in our positive attitude, good mood, satisfied self-body image, good health, preciouses wellbeing.A body subjected to a regime of physical exercise according to the own possibilities of movement is less exposed to the risk of disease, acquiring increased resistance to pathogens, by the resistance offered by biological adaptation to stress (translated into increased capacity of body organs and systems).
