Summary/Abstract: Plea bargaining agreement ends when, from the evidence, it is apparent that there are insufficient data on which to act to set in motion the criminal proceedings and the guilt of the defendant. The prosecutor on the case, even prior to initiation of concluding a plea bargain with the offender, namely since the time of the criminal action, must be satisfied, following a legal argument depth, that question is no evidence showing beyond doubt meet all the elements of the offense investigated.
