Summary/Abstract: The protection of the energy critical infrastructure exceeds the national borders being necessary to establish and use a function of regional integration at the level of satisfying the performance, at least acceptable, of the relation’s interdependence, main dilemma of the classification of the threats and vulnerabilities toward the critical infrastructures from the energy field subsisting in the fact that these are hard not only to proportion but pretty hard to be perceived before they are produced.
