Summary/Abstract: The combination of mentoring and crowdsourcing strategy creates new possibilities for solving problems in both, business and social sphere. On the one hand, mentoring is a form of support for the professional development of the organization’s employees. On the other hand, it can be seen as a way to exploit the potential of the elderly. This idea corresponds to the goals of crowdsourcing, as a means of supporting the ‘crowd’ in solving problems. Older people in this situation are a group that has unmistakable counseling potential that can be used in the form of mentoring in crowdsourcing.
