Summary/Abstract: To begin discussions about changes, the education system in Poland should certainly begin to reflect on this issue, from the question of whether the changes are necessary, more precisely, which elements of the education system do not keep pace with the needs of modern employers, or the answer to the question whether the system should be self-confident that it reforms towards the real needs of the labor market? The aim of the article will be an attempt to indicate the directions of changes in the education system in Poland.
