Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the possibilities of reshoring in Poland in the clothing and footwear industry. A survey conducted on a group of Polish companies in this industry (67) and its consumers (426) shows that manufacturing in Poland is perceived as a marketing advantage and is positively evaluated in terms of the price / quality ratio of products by companies as well as consumers. Despite the clearly demonstrated economic patriotism (both on the manufacturers and buyers side), the chances of dynamic growth of reshoring in Poland are small. The return of production to Poland is justified mainly by premium brands due to slightly higher willingness to pay more for products made in Poland among older, more affluent, consumers.
