Summary/Abstract: During the internationalization companies enter markets characterized with different level of psychic distance. The perception of distance by managers influences the development of the relationship between partners operating in the business network. The aim of the article is to analyze impact of psychic distance in the development of a foreign business relationship. The analysis is realized on the basis of the case of the company’s entry into the Saudi Arabian market. Conclusions indicate managerial actions reducing the level of psychic distance in the business network in the internationalization process.
