Summary/Abstract: According to Encyclopaedia of Management, New Economy can be defined as: a group of new phenomena, processes and economic dependencies – financial and cultural based on new information and automation technologies (computer, Internet, mobile phone, WAP, etc.). Economy indicates a particular aspect of human activity and, in the final process, a good, service and product made or gained with an amount of labor and devotion. Economy needs ethics as a study that values (assesses) human activity. The rules created by business leaders in the 1980s in Swiss Palace hotel aim to suitably form this hierarchy of values as well as enhance the business culture and lead the humanity to ethical capitalism. The rules of business running, often defined as the Rules of the Caux Round Table, are currently frequently termed CRTP. Similar rules, values and hints, published in official documents, have been worked out by the Catholic Church. CRTP Rules as well as the Catholic social teaching worked out the whole set of particular solutions, proposals where common good, social justice and responsible business activity are the goals.
