Summary/Abstract: Continuous change is an integral part of the postmodern life and it leaves its traces both in culture and the public communication. It therefore seems crucial to open oneself to a new, more profound way of understanding culture, while also taking into consideration the confrontation which takes place when an individual or a community face all that is unknown, untamed and transgressive. This search for the source of a more profound reflection on the identity of a grown human being in postmodern culture also means openness to andragogic thinking. In this context, it seems important to see Television Theatre as a space for the meaningful voice. Theatre offers the chance to see oneself from a distance, find one’s roots, reveal secret desires or contradictory impulses. The aim of this self-reflection, sparked by a theatre play, is to produce formative anxiousness.
