Summary/Abstract: Situation of exceeding the established borders may result in penitentiary isolation. This can create new boundaries – in the area of mental functioning of human. Education, as one of the most important elements of social reintegration, can help overcome borders and cope with everyday life in isolation. The article presents the statistics of prison staff on the involvement of prisoners by educational offer. Education is an opportunity to improve the quality of life after the punishment.
