Summary/Abstract: The problem of the article is an attempt to answer the question of what is the definition of poor people innovations, what characterizes it and what processes accompany them. Finding a response to this research goal will help receive knowledge about meaning of the innovation in the face of the challenges of globalization, technology, and current 21st century problems, especially in the markets affected by poverty. This article explores how multinational corporations are committed to their business and how to direct their products and services to the BoP market. This paper also drew attention to the issue of developing the capacity to co-create business concepts and models with the poor people.
