Summary/Abstract: Analysis of wide collections of publications indicates that the subject of organizational flexibility is much more popular than inflexibility. At the same time, in management both organization properties are necessary. The first purpose of the article is preliminary identifying patterns that regulate the relationship between these two properties. Next, the validity of the identified theoretical models was verified based on interviews with project managers. Qualitative research has also allowed for the formulation of several proposals that set out issues to be addressed in further proceedings.
