Influence of Innovative Leadership on the Competitiveness of Family Enterprises

Summary/Abstract: In today’s turbulent times, organizations face the need to meet many complex requirements while adapting to constant changes. These changes to a large extent require a new approach to the ways of managing the organization, in particular to the role that modern managers should play. Numerous studies conducted for many years confirm the growing importance of leadership in contemporary organizations. The aim of the article is to present the relationship between the innovative style of leadership and the competitiveness of family enterprises. The research was carried out on a sample of 200 family businesses.
