Risk management in warehousing finished goods

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to examine the risks in storage of finished products. The proper functioning of the warehouse process affects the entire organization. The applied research methodology, is the risk matrix, classified the factors into three groups. The conducted research has shown that occurrence of risk factors is high, therefore it is necessary to implement preventive mechanisms.
