The role and regional diversification of transport infrastructure in the processes of transportation of agricultural and agri-food products

Summary/Abstract: This paper focuses on the indication of the increasing importance of transport infrastructure quality in the transport of agricultural and agri-food products. An analysis of the existing condition of solid road network in particular voivodships was made. Using the taxonomic linear ordering method, the ranking of voivodships was made due to the level of development and the quality of the transport infrastructure to which the four characteristics were selected. The study covered the years 2010–2015, the research results were based on GUS data.
