Right to a Stopping Place as a Common Good

Summary/Abstract: The subject of the article is a legal analysis of the problem of stopping places/parking spaces from the point of view of planning and spatial development as well as broadly understood construction law. The increase in the number of vehicles travelling on Polish roads results in the necessity of creating more and more such places, and their creation must take into account both the interests of vehicle owners and those who have their places of residence in close proximity to stopping places.
