Summary/Abstract: The main goal of this article is to present psychological and sociological theories of entrepreneurship. The first part, characterizes the most important theories of psychology, which analyze entrepreneurship as a attitudes and behaviors of people willing to new challenges. The second part analysis of the entrepreneurial nature in the context of sociological theory.
