BIBLIKAL QUOTATIONS IN THE SERMFNS OF ST. CLEMENT OF OHRID

Summary/Abstract: The paper “Biblikal Quotations in the Sermfns of St. Clement of Ohrid” examines the Biblikal meta-tekst within the wisdom sermons of St. Clement of Ohrid and tne approach, through which the bibliognost it. The review and analysis of the quotations from Holi Scripture lead to the conclusion that the Medieval Bulgarian author uses basic Biblical quotations freely, subordinating the accomplished changes to the predefined by himself aims – to make the text more impactful and understandable and to actual realiti.
