Summary/Abstract: Article contains issues relating to creativity of human resources. The aim of this article is to analyse and evaluate the role and importance of creativity of employees in innovative enterprises. Theoretical part of article focuses on the description of the concepts related to creativity as well as lists of most important factors determining and limiting creativity of employees. Empirical part of article presents the results and conclusions from interviews that were conducted with representatives of selected enterprises located in Poland and characterized by a high level of innovation.
