Summary/Abstract: The main accent in the article is to show the perspective to understand the idea of freedom as a process, rather than condition. The course of freedom is speculative and the deepest form of Hegel’s philosophy. Moreover, it is the solid ground of the mighty systematic thought of the German philosopher. In the light of the highest category of Hegel’s logic – The Absolute Idea – the speculative idea of freedom obtains an ontological aspect completely different and even diametrically opposed to spontaneity.
