Summary/Abstract: Divergence between the pace of the development of e-technology in HR and possibility of their implementation at the organization is essential for efficiency of management. Research shows that implementation and usage of e-technology in HR is insufficient in Polish companies. Many trial implementations were ending in failure. Test of answer was undertaken in the article on the question which: the mechanisms of institution of the etechnology in HR and what factors are they influence the effectiveness of their absorption by workers. The knowledge of mechanisms of implementation allows to construct and use suitable tools. Models and techniques of implementing e-technology in HR were drawn up based on owned examinations in 14 selected firms
