Summary/Abstract: The preventive archaeological research was carried out on the terrain owned by Mr. Petraşcu Sorin Sebastian, between 18th of June 2015 and 2nd of July 2015. Archaeologically, the researched surface was part of the Roman necropolis from Apulum, Dealul Furcilor - “Podei“. Within delineation of the necropolis, according to the current phase of the research, we evaluate that the research was carried out in its central-eastern area. Results of this research led to identification of 13 archaeological complexes, six cremation graves and seven inhumation graves, dated back to the Roman age. The inventory of the complexes comprised findings typical of graves from the Roman period, ceramic vessels, the majority of which are pitchers, earthen lamps, glass unguentaria, coins and two golden earrings.
