Summary/Abstract: The specificity of the hotel and catering sector is due to the intangible nature of the services provided. One of the most important elements of success of the enterprise is human resources. The skillfully conducted process of selection and recruitment of workers in the hotel and catering industry is particularly important, especially in the competitive rivalry. This study aim was to identify certain aspects of recruitment and selection on the hotel and catering enterprises with particular emphasis on the required documents, the number of stages and factors affecting the perception of the process of recruitment and selection of candidates.
