Modeling of Processes Assisting Management in Defense Industry

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with issues related to processes supporting management of the defense industry enterprise; in the area of quality and environment. The mechanism of functioning of the organization was referred to logistic activities as an important area in the integration of the management system. The purpose of this article is to identify and analyze logistic processes functioning within the overall system of the company and to propose indicators for their evaluation. Introduction to the problem is the proper placement of sustainable logistics in relation to company policies and objectives in terms of quality and environmental requirements. Observation and analysis of business activities was carried out on the basis of audit methods. Final conclusions address the specificity and nature of the logistics activities of organizations in sustainable conditions. The issues discussed may provide the basis for further research relevant from the point of view of the impact of logistics on the quality of the product while preserving the environment.
