Summary/Abstract: RESEARCH OBJECTIVE: the goal of the article attempts to show area of interests in a holistic way as well to choose problems, which are resurfaced the triad “Ideology – education – health”. THE RESEARCH PROBLEM AND METHODS: the main research problem concerns the question of which issues should be taken into account after social (pedagogical as well) reflection on the triad ideology – education – health? In the article, there is an attempt to develop the critical discourse frameworks for health as well as within ways of analysis (theoretical contexts), and to show some practical outcomes for contemporary health education issues. The article uses the method of the reference literature, selection and content analysis in order to gain the synthesis of problems being discussed in text. THE PROCESS OF ARGUMENTATION: answers to the research questions and the main research goal are encompassed in the process of argumentation, which based on: introduction the problem, presentation of analysis and reflections (in a bipolar way) upon essence, mutual relationships, and relations between ideology, education and health (in the light of free choices made by humans and actions taken by them). It shows the examples of the research conducted on the main problem. RESEARCH RESULTS: reflection upon the main problem shows a multidimensional space of interest, discussed analyses and reflections indicate diversity within the research realm, and the research suggests the change necessity for some dimensions of institutionalized health education. CONCLUSIONS, INNOVATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: there is a need to lay out research papers based on the critical discourse analysis on health ideology. Moreover, there is the necessity to design detailed statements of policy focused on educational institutions. In face of new educational challenges (threats as well), in the constant social health change, it is crucial to develop knowledge, abilities, and skills (and for young people in particular) necessary to enter into critical discourses within the health ideology space.
