Summary/Abstract: RESEARCH OBJECTIVE: The aim of the paper is to present a project in reconstructing contemporary education of entrepreneurship in high schools into education of personal entrepreneurship (resourcefulness) which is a key factor of any other entrepreneurship, e.g. economic, organizational, social, political etc. THE RESEARCH PROBLEMS AND METHODS: The problem concerns a quite low level of personal entrepreneurship of pupils and students which is taught neither in high schools nor universities. Such people are nor resourceful in further life which is proved by many surveys on their behaviours in personal and professional life. THE PROCESS OF ARGUMENTATION: Pupils and students are not able to solve many problems when they grow up. Contemporary educational programs in entrepreneurship do not deliver such skills. They are not practical and they are not suitable to the age of listeners. RESEARCH RESULTS: The analysis is focused on conclusions about the fact that contemporary education process in entrepreneurship is not sufficient and it is not enough to achieve success in common life. CONCLUSIONS, INNOVATIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS: The author described the project of education reconstruction leading to teaching young people personal entrepreneurship and resourcefulness more efficiently than today. As a result of such work there will be a manual for students which will help to solve most of their life problems. This project can be discussed in the future as an education program for young people.
