Summary/Abstract: The article brings to light one of the cultural projects dedicated to World War I, called the Romania - France CulturalSeason, highlighting France’s contribution to the rebuilding of the Romanian Army after our country entered the war alongsidethe Entente. On this occasion, the journal “Les Annales politiques et litteraires”, on 17 September 1916, sees the light of theprint, which brings together, under the title “La Roumanie”, articles dedicated to the history, geography and culture of ourcountry.
