Summary/Abstract: The employee market encourages companies to adapt. They strengthen their human resources management by intensifying or modernizing them. Solutions focused on the perspective of the employee are needed. They are, among others diversity management and work-life balance programs. The question was asked whether Polish universities give managers knowledge of these issues, and prepare them for changes in the labor market. The education programs of the best management departments were reviewed. The subject of diversity was found in the half of the programs, the theme of work-life balance – only in one. These issues are treated marginally in educational programs, which strengthens the traditional direction of managerial education.
