Summary/Abstract: Technological development is connected with new threats. They are equally important an as traditional threats. Fight with them requires commitment with whole international community. Meanwhile the actions taken by them aren’t enought. Also initiative taken by Poland aren’t satysfying. Therefore growing number of incidents needs increasing effort to fight with them.
