Realization by the Ministry of the Environment and Units Subject and Supervised by the Environment Secretary of the Function States of the Host (HNS)

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the problem of security requirements HNS in government administration environment and water management. The subject of the discussion is also to adapt the tasks arising from the function of the state — the host structures to the needs of implementing them in the Ministry of Environment and subordinate units of the minister and proposed solutions for the proper planning and implementation tasks of the host nation on Polish territory. It also presents the theoretical basis for the support of allies; and identified requirements for the Ministry of Environment and units subordinate to or supervised by the Minister of the Environment as well as the mode of preparing them to act.
