Summary/Abstract: Many pro-market solutions are included in the energy sector, but regulation model of revenue is still active. The aim of the article is to present which elements are transferred to the tariff of electricity distribution services and to judge how this regulation influences on proeffectiveness of their behavior. This process is approved by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, who yearly publishes new rules of distribution system operators and guideliness on tariff calculation for every year. The main idea of revenue controlled is to cover prices only by reasonable costs and to eliminate cross-subsidies between distribution and supply. The advantage of this model is the reduction of the excessive increase of the electricity distribution prices. The main disadvantage is acceptance for outlays and costs beared in the past.
