Admissibility of legal action in Act on the principles of development policy

Summary/Abstract: Based on the Act on the principles of development Policy, entrepreneurs who applied for bailout from the European Union and to whom the bailout wasn’t granted, may in court, prove their rights. The article shows the scope of admissibility of control by the administrative courts, the legal nature evaluation of the projects based on the case law of the Supreme Administrative Court. The case law in this scope became very important for entrepreneurs and showed easier ways to appeal. The author shows problems in the interpretation of the Act on the principles of the development Policy and problems connected with the application of this Act.
