Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study is to try to present the scope of changes taking place on the market of warehouse space in Poland. The analysis of the size of the warehouse space, the extent of its use as well as the rents paid by the tenants was broken down into the main regions of occupancy. The degree of sectoral diversification has also been shown. The amount of warehouse space in Poland is growing year by year. In 2014 it exceeded 8.5 million m2 and in the first half of 2017 amounted to 11.9 million m2. Still, the most active tenants remain retail chains, logistic operators and light manufacturing companies.
