THE PROBLEM OF JURISDICTION ON INTERLOCUTORY APPEAL AGAINST THE ORDER OF THE COURT OF FIRST INSTANCE TO RETURN THE APPLICATION FOR ANNULMENT OF FINAL COURT DECISIONS

Summary/Abstract: The article is dedicated to the problem of jurisdiction on interlocutory appeal against the order of the court of first instance to return the application for annulment of final court decisions. Critical analysis of the amendments to the Civil Procedure Code leads to the reasonable conclusion that this should be the Supreme Court.
