Summary/Abstract: The article is about changes in pedagogical magazines of Petrograd and Moscow during the First World War. The author revealed the main reported problems and individual circumstances of six pedagogical magazines (three departmental magazines and three private magazines). Were defined hardships, because of which magazines were not able to function normally.
