Summary/Abstract: Currently, the company’s functioning on the market is, to a large extent, determined by information and communication technologies. These technologies offer a lot of tools and solutions, that have a positive impact on the company's operations in all its areas. And cloud computing is one such a tool, which has become more and more important in recent years. Cloud Computing is a tool not only affects the acceleration or improvement of company management processes, but also brings a num-ber of benefits considered in strategic, economic, organizational, technological or social and envi-ronmental aspects, the identification of which is the purpose of this article.
