Dynamics of public changes flats in Olsztyn

Summary/Abstract: Public housing is one of the more dynamically developing sectors of the housing market. Legal and economic determinants determine the management of public housing. That is important to constantly monitoring changes in public resources and to integrate actions aimed at meeting the needs of the neediest and, on the other, ensuring the viability of the sector. The aim of the study is to analyze and evaluate the changes in public housing stock in the city Olsztyn in 2007–2015 years.
