Summary/Abstract: This article is a short introduction to a topic of child development as a process of constant changes and transformations. Personality development by being a crucial component of psychological growth is an important element in the process of a child evolution. Growing child experience many different things like contact with family and nearest surrounding, evolution of consciousness and self-awareness. It results in more and more complex needs and ambitions.All of these is strictly connected to child’s family environment. This article has a theoretical character. It shows an enormous role of a family in child’s growth process. It also showcases that character of a bond between parents and children results in a child preparation to an adult life.
