Summary/Abstract: The management of special events and special event companies is definitely different from the management of production processes, but there is also a lot in common. The demand for the best management principles is a continuous process that leads to the development and improvement of people, processes and companies. And the intersection of the Fourteen Management Principles from the World's Greatest Manufacturer that have become a standard for managing companies, organizations and countries, can not fail to be used in managing the processes of a particular special event. The text examines some of the possibilities how these principles of lean production can be applied to the extremely dynamic and creative area of Special event management.
