Summary/Abstract: In the article named Teacher’s role in pupil’s personality development we propose to approach the relationship theacher-pupil that suggests a large educational process. Human being’s growth is long and laborios, with dangers and temptations everywhere. That’s why we need a guide to conduct us towards the best decisions in the future. The teacher becomes an emitter of information and he leads a didactic activity. Therefore, pupils acquire knownledge, abilities and competences. So, teacher’s role in pupil’s personality development is relevant, meant to build the structure itself. Therefore, the purpose of this essay is to identify teacher’s features identified in the educational process.
